Braeden Caley is projected to win the federal byelection for the Liberals in North Vancouver-Capilano. 'We built this campaign one call, one door and one vote at a time,' Caley said in his victory speech on Monday. He added the Liberals will 'serve this community one person, one problem solved, one promise kept at a time.'
