Prime Minister Mark Carney paid tribute Friday to those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, including 24 Canadians. Carney, who praised those who helped in both the U.S. and Canada, said the lesson of that day is to reach out and 'stand in solidarity' with those in need.
