In his victory speech on Monday, Liberal candidate Daniel Gobeil said his win in the Chicoutimi-Le Fjord federal byelection means the voice of Saguenay 'will now be at the decision-making table.' He said Quebec MPs in the Liberal Party and Prime Minister Mark Carney 'will make a significant, positive change in Quebec's economy.'
